Whether the job requires a major structural upgrade, bringing out a crane to build an elevator shaft, or fixing B.C.’s leaky condos, Solution Renovations has the people, know-how and equipment to get the job done.
One of our innovations even got us an award: When presented with a renovation of a heritage home on a unique site, we found we also needed to build under a tight deadline while the artist/owner continued to live and work in the home. To top it off, the job required removal of the roof. Our solution was to completely tent the home and add exterior access stairs directly to the fourth floor addition. Canadian House & Home’s 2004 “Raise the Roof” article highlights the challenges we faced and a 2003 Vancouver Sun Article explains how fans of the project prompted our entry into the 2003 Georgie awards.
